Bio: Surabhi Shastri is a well recognized AI product executive. She currently is the Head of Product for Instagram Search, which is used by billions of users globally to find creators and explore their interests. Prior to this, she led the $400M sponsored recommendations business for eBay, and was the head of product for the largest music streaming platform in South Asia – Saavn. She has over 15 years of experience leading AI teams of product managers, engineers and designers at top technology firms, and building products loved by billions of users. She is a thought leader on AI and frequently speaks at AI conferences, and is an advisor to prestigious venture firms and startups. She got her MBA with a full scholarship from Columbia Business School and a Computer Engineering degree in India.
