Pre-Awards

All Documentation produced and distributed during ‘call for entries’ and the promotional campaign for the awards, including all advertisements, email campaigns, correspondence with entrants, judges and partners will contain your logo and link to a dedicated profile page on the awards website

  • Regular exposure and announcements regarding the awards via Test Associates’s social media channels/handles will periodically mention your partnership (35k circulation) and contain hashtags and links.
  • A company profile to appear on the awards website with contact information, weblink, and promotional information as provided.
  • Branding and prominent logo presence to appear on the awards website.
  • Full use of awards logo
  • Banner announcement welcoming you as a sponsor to the awards.
  • Your chosen category will be associated to your business with logo presence and link
  • i.e. Best use of Technology – sponsored by ‘Your Company Name’
DURING THE AWARDS
  • Your company logo will be displayed around the event on screens, table plans, and on the ‘Welcome Slide’ that visitors view when they enter the main dining area.
  • Your company will be name checked at the beginning of the event by Test Associate’s CEO and where possible through the course of the evening.
  • Your company logo will continue to be displayed during the awards presentation where possible.
  • Your chosen sponsored category will carry your company logo on the main screens during the event and when your category presentation comes up.
  • A representative from your business will be invited to present to the winner of your category and subsequently have a professional photographer take images.
  • The trophy of your sponsored category will carry your company name.
  • Your company will be profiled in the dinner brochure to include logo.
  • Access for up to 10 people will be provided to the pre-event reception drinks.
  • A table of 10 will be provided to include a 3-course meal and a minimum half-bottle of wine per person.
  • Slide Show Promotion – The awards are split in two halves with the main meal of the evening lasting approximately 1.5 hours. A looping slide show of up to 10 minutes can be played on the main screens during this period. This will be played a minimum of 4 times during the meal.
  • Increase the number of entries from 5 to 8 please
  • Centre piece branding – your logo will be prominently displayed on the table centre piece that carries the table number
  • 1 x giveaway may be placed at each table setting  of the table that is included in your category sponsorship only (if literature 1 x A4 double sided sheet maximum)
  • 15% discount on any additional entries purchased
  • 5% discount on any additional tables purchased
POST EVENT
  • The winner’s announcement will contain your company logo and link to the profile on the awards website.
  • You will gain unlimited and unrestricted access to all awards photography.
  • You will have unlimited use of the awards logo.
  • Your logo, company profile, will stay live on the awards site until at least the end of January following the awards.

Pre-Awards

  • A prominent profile to appear on the awards website, with links, logos, and downloads 
  • Any subsequent editorial, press releases, nomination/entry forms announcing the winners will carry the headline sponsor branding
  • Unlimited use of the awards logo and brand association  
  • During the telemarketing campaign that invites businesses/individuals to enter the headline sponsor will be mentioned where possible
  • A dedicated press release will be distributed to the community announcing the headline sponsors participation 
  • The opportunity to invite a member of the headline sponsors business to be on the judging panel (all other judges are end users with the headline sponsor being the only permitted vendors)
  • All communication in the lead up to the evening to include invitations/tickets will include the headline sponsor branding
  • Communications to finalists congratulating them will contain headline sponsor recognition where possible 
  • Up to 10 entries to distribute to your customer
DURING THE AWARDS
  • Headline sponsor branding will appear on the opening slide presentation and the headline sponsor branding will appear on slides periodically through the evening
  • The headline sponsors logo will be prominently displayed on table plans and signage around the venue 
  • The headline sponsor will be announced during the opening comments 
  • A speaking slot will be allocated at the beginning of the event as a ‘word from our headline sponsors’ for the nominated person to address the audience 
  • A representative will be on stage to present the main award of the evening ‘The Digital Transformation Awards’ that will also carry the headline sponsors branding 
  • 1 x VIP table of ten places will be included for the headline sponsor 
  • A professional photograph will be provided of the headline sponsor’s table
  • The main award of the evening will be named after your business i.e.
    ‘Your Company Name’ Digital Transformation Awards
  • The headline sponsor will have a full profile in the awards evening programme (provided to each place setting) to include your logo on the front cover
  • Slide Show Promotion – The awards are split in two halves with the main meal of the evening lasting approximately 1.5 hours. A looping slide show of up to 10 minutes can be played on the main screens during this period. This will be played a minimum of 4 times during the meal.
  • Centre piece branding – your logo will be prominently displayed on the table centre piece that carries the table number
  • 1 x giveaway may be placed at each table setting of the table that is included in your category sponsorship only (if literature 1 x A4 double sided sheet maximum)
  • 20% discount on any additional entries purchased
  • 10% discount on any additional tables purchased
