All documentation produced and distributed during the ‘call for entries and promotional campaign for the awards, including all advertisements, email campaigns, and correspondence with entrants, judges, and partners will include the headline sponsors’ logo
 Profile 
A prominent profile to appear on the awards website, with links, logos, and downloads

 Logo
Logo and profile to appear in the awards gala dinner evening programme that is distributed to all attendees

 Content
Any subsequent editorial, press releases, and nomination/entry forms announcing the winners will carry the headline sponsor branding

 Branding
Unlimited use of the awards logo and brand association

 Telemarketing
During the telemarketing campaign that invites businesses/individuals to enter the headline sponsor will be mentioned where possible

 Press Release
A dedicated press release will be distributed to the community announcing the headline sponsors participation

 Judging Panel
The opportunity to invite a member of the headline sponsors business to be on the judging panel (all other judges are end users with the headline sponsor being the only permitted vendors

 Communication
All communication in the lead-up to the evening to include invitations/tickets will include the headline sponsor branding

 Finalists
Communications to finalists congratulating them will contain headline sponsor recognition where possible

 Slides & Visibility
Headline sponsor branding will appear on the opening slide presentation and the headline sponsor branding will appear on slides periodically through the evening

 Tables Plan
The headline sponsors logo will be prominently displayed on table plans and signage around the venue

 Name Checks
The headline sponsor will be announced during the opening comments, throughout the event, and at closing

 Speaking Slot
A speaking slot will be allocated at the beginning of the event as a ‘word from our headline sponsors for the nominated person to address the audience

 Slide Show Presentation
A 10-minute slide show played at least twice, will be allocated and played through the 1.5-hour dinner sitting

 Award Presentation
A representative will be on stage to present the main award of the evening

 Award Naming
The main award of the evening will be named after the sponsors ‘The XXX Digital Transformation Award’

 Table & Attendance
A VIP table of ten places will be included for the headline sponsor

 Photography
A professional photograph will be provided of the headline sponsor’s table & unlimited use of all award photography

 Data
Data of individuals that will attend the event will be passed to the sponsors and include, name, job title, email, and phone number where provided and in line with GDPR
