Bio: Julie Dennis is a technology leader who has built a career around delivering technology change across multiple sectors including Telecoms, Financial Services, and Insurance. Julie is an organisational leader practised in translating corporate strategy into a portfolio of initiatives that deliver business results with a keen interest in building high performing teams. She also prioritises elevating employee engagement by taking colleagues on a journey and building a compelling story whilst championing learning, people development and continuous improvement. Julie leads by helping organisations to become highly adaptive, leveraging agile and product centric best practices to keep the focus on business outcomes and KPIs.

Julie started her career in management consulting, delivering technology change for clients such as Sprint, Cable & Wireless, BT and Virgin Media for Accenture UK/Andersen Consulting USA for 17 years and was promoted to Partner (Senior Executive) in 2008.

After a successful career in management consulting, Julie pivoted to industry to work for Lloyds Banking Group as a technology leader delivering an annual £1.4m IT change portfolio of technology solutions used by 100k employees and 30m customers.

For the past 8 years, Julie has held several successive director roles in Transformation, Digital, Technology and Engineering at Domestic & General. D&G is a private equity owned company in the 3rd year of a 5-year transformation programme with more than half of the change portfolio focused on digital transformation.
